If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our close-knit team as a Software Support Specialist!
We are a small but mighty team dedicated to exceptional service to our clients.
We develop and provide a high-quality property management system for resorts, holiday clubs, and other accommodation groups so that they can provide seamless and memorable experiences for their guests.
As a Software Support Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing top-notch level 1 application support for our amazing software.
Provide Customer-Centric Support: You will be the friendly person on the other end of the phone or support system, assisting clients with software-related incidents and requests.
Your excellent English communication skills will shine as you build close relationships and guide them through any challenges they face.
You will also maintain training documentation and deliver training to existing and new clients.
Deliver Support Remotely: Whether via email, JIRA ticketing system, video or phone, you will be there for our clients, troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests and providing solutions.
You are a problem solver, taking the time to understand the need and deliver the best outcome.
Learn and Adapt: Our system is unique; you will need the desire and initiative to understand our software system inside and out so you can confidently assist our clients with any issues they may encounter.
The knowledge you gain will fuel your desire to proactively identify opportunities to improve our clients' experience and streamline our processes.
Troubleshooting: You will be on the case when pesky bugs pop up!
Identifying and reproducing issues is a vital part of the role.
You will have the rewarding experience of feeding that knowledge directly to our Development Team and contributing to the continuous improvement of our product.
Organised and Independent: You will manage your workload efficiently (things can get busy here!
), ensuring client requests are acknowledged, prioritised, and addressed appropriately.
Your ability to work independently will help you complete work quickly, and you will have the full support of your terrific colleagues.
Collaborate: You will work closely with our small team, sharing insights and contributing to our collective success.
You will work alongside our friendly Support, Service Delivery, Analysis, Testing and Development teams, who are always willing to help each other.
Essential skills and experience required: Excellent written and verbal English Experience in a customer service environment, ideally providing application support Experience in a hotel/resort environment is a bonus Intermediate level with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Any Database/SQL knowledge is a bonus Excellent time management skills, highly organised Ability to work remotely and independently Ability to learn new software quickly Close attention to detail Why You Will Love Working With Us: Amazing Team: Joining a small, supportive team where you are empowered and your contributions genuinely make a difference.

This is primarily an office-based role, operating out of Mt.
Waverley in Melbourne , with some opportunity to work from home if appropriate.
It operates standard office hours Monday to Friday.
We do support North American clients, and as such are flexible with hours to provide a support overlap with their time zones when necessary.
