The Role:
Application Support Specialist_Finpower - Reporting to the Application Development Manager you will be responsible for full stack development that will lead initiatives to understand and translate business needs into innovative solution designs and programs for use by the lending business.
Responsibilities: Identify and understand business needs during requirements gathering to effectively design, develop, test, and deploy reports or applications.
Assess, provide solutions and resolve incidents.Deployment processes using tools such as Octopus.Work with the business to prioritise all assigned projects.Guide and mentor less experienced developers.You MUST have: Experience with Finpower financial system.Setting up the VB script in Finpower.High technical full stack in .Net and Angular.3+ years of SQL development experience.2+ years of .Net Framework development experience with C#.Nice to have: Microsoft TSQL, SSIS and SRSS experience.Setting up the products and reports in Finpower.Proficiency in the Finpower application offers a competitive advantage over other skill sets.Troubleshoot and problem solve SQL database issues.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.Leading small group of developers is highly regarded.To be successful in this role you will be driven, highly motivated and eager to learn.
Degree qualification in an IT discipline or equivalent industry qualifications or experience is an advantage.
