Your new role We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Service Delivery team as Application Support Officer on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Team Leader - Service Delivery, the role provides applications support to IBAC's Case Management system and other business systems as required.
Duties include:
End user technical application support (Level 1 and 2), including responding to and assisting end users with their requests and queries; scoping and defining problems; and undertaking analysis to identify potential solutions in a timely manner. Provide staff training in the use of the case management system. Triage and manage defects and enhancements raised during testing. Assist in the capture and documenting of functional requirements and related business processes for application improvements and enhancements. We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
Qualifications and/or industry certifications or industry experience in Information Technology. Advanced, minimum two years' experience in the technical administration and analysis of complex business applications and databases. MS SQL Server database querying and reporting skills including skills in using SQL querying tools. Desirable to have service delivery experience or qualifications in ITIL service operations and delivery. Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
