Job Description: As the Lead Application Support Specialist, you will ensure the smooth operation of core applications and provide top-tier support to users. Leading a team of support specialists, you will manage escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Oversee the resolution of complex application issues. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and address application defects and enhancements in both on-premise and cloud environments. Analyze support trends and metrics to identify root causes of outages and incidents, implementing proactive measures. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support or a related field. Strong technical experience in resolving requests and incidents, in insurance or financial services, or large ERP or CRM systems. Solid understanding of concepts like CI/CD and Cloud, to help troubleshoot issues as they arise. Experience in leading a support team or managing support operations. Knowledge of SQL, Java, databases, scripting languages, AWS, and GitHub. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent systems thinking competency.
