The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Proven experience in systems administration, monitoring, and providing level 2 and level 3 technical support.Proficiency in system monitoring and reporting, with a focus on process improvement.Strong technical skills in application troubleshooting and resolution.Experience with scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, for task automation.Intermediate T-SQL skills and experience with SQL database products.Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve complex technical issues.Effective management of multiple tasks and priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Australian Citizen with NV1 security clearance.Canberra onsite work location.
