What role will you play?You will provide first level support to business users in the Asia Pacific region, working with a Global DevOps team to hand over critical issues operating in a "Follow the Sun" model. You will ensure production system stability, actively monitor and remediate any system alerts and manage tech obsolescence by overseeing server patches, migrations and more.What you offer5+ years' experience supporting applications within financial marketsExperience supporting Java and Spring based applicationsExperience with relational databases, SQL, Unix and Python ScriptsAbility to tune health and alert tools such as Splunk and GrafanaFamiliar with Jira, Confluence, BitbucketKnowledge on application Servers provisioning and monitoring (Linux/Microsoft)Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructureWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
