This role requires a deep functional and technical understanding of the Voyager ecosystem, with the ability to translate business issues into service requests and incidents, and deliver effective technical solutions.Become a vital part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional support and driving continuous improvement. If you are passionate about technology and user satisfaction, we want to hear from you!This role is open to candidates from NSW and QLD.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to users experiencing software issues, including diagnosing and troubleshooting problems.Identify, document, and resolve software defects and issues, often collaborating within the development team to implement fixes.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users understand and effectively use the software.Perform regular system checks, updates, and maintenance to ensure software operates smoothly and securely.Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide timely and effective solutions.Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the software.Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure software meets user requirements and quality standards.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field ideally including custom developed applications.Hands-on experience with system configuration, system testing, and customer service using ITIL processes.Proficiency with support tools and systems, such as ticketing systems, problem management and Azure DevOps.Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Strong understanding of Azure cloud software applications and troubleshooting techniques.Experience using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure Log Analytics to track and resolve performance issues and monitor application health.Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity particularly in relation to Azure.Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting applications built using Power Platform, including Dynamics 365.Proficiency in writing SQL queries and troubleshooting database-related issues, particularly with Azure SQL and Dataverse.Experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) for user authentication, identity management, and role-based access control (RBAC).Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
