As an Application Support Administrator, you'll manage incidents and service requests, ensuring smooth operations and maximum system availability for stakeholders. About the Role: Provide ongoing support for various applications such as Workday & Salesforce.Manage incidents from identification to resolution.Conduct end-user training and create user guides.Gather and document existing processes and requirements.Undertake prototyping and user acceptance testing.Provide Business Analysis services to improve processes.Collaborate with technical teams to enhance applications and systems.The program provides exposure to diverse IT functions, fostering innovation and a deeper understanding of the organization's IT landscape.
