About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Services Manager to lead our Application Service team and be responsible for the efficient management and administration of our Information Technology Platforms and Applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Application Service team and be accountable for the management and administration of ICT platforms and applications.Use highly developed information technology knowledge and skills to enhance productivity in the complex and diverse areas of platforms and applications management, implementation, quality assurance, support, and vendor management.Develop and implement information management standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Collaborate with key stakeholders and vendors to develop data models that reflect current and future needs of the organization.Provide operational excellence and drive business outcomes through effective leadership and management.About YouWe are looking for a customer-centric, dynamic, and design-thinking Salesforce specialist with demonstrated experience in SAP integration. You will have strong communication (written and verbal) skills and be able to effectively communicate with key project stakeholders and vendors.
RequirementsRelevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications in ICT or related discipline.Significant demonstrated experience with management of ICT platforms and applications, including cloud-based solutions within large organizations.Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check.Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies), or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies).How to ApplyTo be considered for this role, please submit your application online through our website.
