So, how will you contribute to our mission? As our new Application Services Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our banking applications and systems to ensure optimal customer experience. Using your knowledge of business information system architecture, software and technology, you'll help us to put people at the heart of banking by:
Providing technical support across Bank of us systems and applications.Identifying and coordinating resolutions of application and system issues.Coordinating and overseeing testing of new applications and application changes, including documentation.Promoting and role modelling ITIL best practices within Bank of us including Level 2 & 3 Service Desk Support, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in application support, strong technical, analytical and communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with banking applications and financial systems is a plus too.

For the role of Application Services Analyst, we are offering a competitive base salary (to be negotiated with the preferred candidate commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation. In addition to this, you will also have the potential to earn up to a 5% bonus!
