Your Impact: Reporting to the Group Head of IT Strategy & Architecture and based at our Mc Mahons Point Head Office, the Application Manager will own and manage our global enterprise applications within the IT portfolio.
In this key IT role, you will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and third-party stakeholders to ensure the effective running, maintenance, and enhancement of our Saa S solutions portfolio.
More specifically, you will be involved in: Oversee all groupwide enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, EPM, HCM, and Supply Chain modules).
Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications.
Handle third-party service providers, SLAs, contracts, and governance forums.
Advocate for a zero-customisation approach and 'adopt not adapt' policy for applications.
Manage change control for the application portfolio.
Collaborate closely with IT teams (integration, project delivery, cyber security, and service delivery).
Identify and manage application risks and issues.
Provide regular status reports to governance forums and stakeholders.
Ensure ITGC application controls and participate in annual audits.
Manage license reviews and establish a regular review process.
Oversee budget management and participate in monthly finance reviews.
Assist the Group Head of Strategy & Architecture with task prioritisation and allocation.
What you will bring: Previous experience in Application Management is essential.
Proven ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing third-party service providers.
Strong capability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex landscapes.
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Experience in managing and improving large-scale ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM solutions.
Solid understanding of integration and data analytics architectures.
Preferable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel locally and interstate, if required.
