Key responsibilities include:Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the Application Management Team to deliver efficient service and build strong customer relationships.
Drive a culture of excellence to exceed customer service expectations.Strategic Implementation and System Improvement: Oversee the implementation or acquisition of new and upgraded corporate applications.
Manage the administration, support, and continuous improvement of current systems in consultation with diverse stakeholders.
Build and maintain productive relationships with system vendors.Operational Guidelines and System Integrity: Develop, implement, and maintain operating guidelines and procedures.
Ensure the consistency, stability, and security of corporate applications.Consultancy and Strategic Advice: Provide specialist technical advice and strategic IT consultancy services to internal and external clients.
Deliver timely and professional support that fully satisfies customer service expectations.Project Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate, participate in, and contribute to project teams focused on systems and technology development.

We would love to hear from you or someone you know who has:Strong Leadership in Software and Platform Support: Substantial experience in leading teams to support and enhance software in SaaS, cloud, web-based, client-server, and other major platform environments.Demonstrated Technical and User Support Expertise: Proven ability to lead a team providing high-level technical and user support for corporate information systems in medium to large organisations.
Experience with council systems is a bonus, particularly TechnologyOne CI or CIA modules such as Property and Rating and Customer Requests.
Familiarity with Redland City Council's Digital Transformation Program and the adoption of TechnologyOne's integrated OneCouncil solution is highly desirable.Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
