Job Description Summary: Position Reports to: Manager, Software Engineering Job Overview: The Software Engineer - III designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products.
Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
Determines software's compatibility with hardware and/or influences software's design in relation to hardware.

Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Able to present a track record of software development in the real world.
Mastery of one or more programming languages.
Excellent code designing skills.
Ability to design and build application frameworks, APIs, and utilities for a complex database application.
Understanding of metadata, particularly in JSON format.
Ability to design and implement Type Script interfaces between application code and framework and infrastructural facilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience documenting APIs and frameworks using JSDoc or, ideally, TSDoc.
Understanding of back-end database applications, ideally involving Node.js (or Deno or similar) and non-relational databases.
Proficient in Type Script and familiar with its ecosystem, without relying heavily on pre-built NPM packages for core functionality.
Understanding of JSON Schema.
Experience building HTTP server and Electron apps.
Experience using profilers and other metrics to improve application performance.
Familiarity with modern development environments and standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
