As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will make an impact as you play a vital role in ensuring our Customers have a positive experience with our products.This exciting new career opportunity will see you:Demonstrating, supporting, and consulting on the use and implementation of our softwarePlaying a hands-on role as you provide specialist technical support to CustomersSupporting the sales team in demonstrating the capabilities, features, and value of our offersCollaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesProviding training and related workshops when requiredFocusing on Mastery as you maintain technical knowledge of our software and related technologiesDeveloping Customer-facing content and playing a proactive role in related sales and customer success materialContinuously striving to improve Customer satisfaction and overall business outcomesOur ideal candidate will possess:Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar coupled with experience in software consulting, ideally exposed to power systems or automationDemonstrated experience in power system modelling and analysisDemonstrated experience in Electrical CADProficient in SEE Electrical or equivalent Electrical Design softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in Customer engagement and presenting when required (e.g., workshops and similar presentations)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasksThose with previous exposure to ETAP, Power Factory, PSS/E, PowerCAD, EPLAN, SEE Electrical, Bentley Micro Station, Solidworks Electrical, PLM/PDM will be viewed favourably, as will those with a knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Python, SQL, etc.)All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.Schneider Electric does not accept unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles from external agencies or suppliers via any method.
