Application Consultant/Analyst

Ipa is seeking an experienced Application Consultant/Analyst for dynamic company in Rockhampton to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd level support to address Support Requests, liaising with the Managing Director and iViis Consulting Services team. Maintain expert knowledge of our client's Service modules and viisConnect platform functionality. Undertake viisConnect configuration and setup, ensuring accurate documentation and change logs. Participate in project teams, assisting with requirements gathering and implementing improvements. Foster open communication, collaboration, and continuous business improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: Essential: Experience in documenting business processes and redesign. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in providing first-level support in an IT or similar environment. Logical problem-solving skills and ability to make confident decisions. Outstanding teamwork and collaboration abilities. Desirable: SQL, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, and JQuery programming knowledge. Software development qualifications. Experience with MS Visio or similar tools. Knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance systems.
