The right candidate will live and breathe troubleshooting technical issues in business systems, while ensuring the day-to-day operational actions/maintenance are achieved.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional SQL capabilities who thrives in training and building others, passing along their knowledge.
In addition, having deep knowledge in Dynamics365 CRM platforms, with the ability to administer, configure, and troubleshoot issues will set you apart (but finding joy in support aging systems).
An outstanding candidate can extend their skills and develop code in C# / Java Script and build on Power Automate to further support the ongoing development and use of our Dynamics365 environment.
The role is expected to provide trusted technical support/advice on a range of client services and business applications, the advancement of technology, support business systems and providing strategic ICT knowledge in line with business objectives.

This position will be in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
Travel between sites may be required.
