Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventoryExperience Required: Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable naturePlease note, you must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for any of these positions.
