Apple Retail Service Support Beyond the Box is a family owned and operated Authorised Education/Service Provider and Apple Reseller based in Essendon, Melbourne Victoria. We are currently looking for a high energy person to join our team to help continue the growth of our business.
You will be a "Retail Ace" that thrives under pressure and can manage multiple tasks during your day ranging from booking in a service/repair job, dealing with a product support question to selling a new Macbook, iPad or iPhone.
Being customer facing you will need the ability or have the experience to talk genuinely and enthusiastically to convert people into a happy customer. You will work with the team to ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with care and compassion.
Having a good understanding and passion for Apple products: both Mac and iOS is vital as you will need to draw on this daily to succeed.
Your ability to translate "tech speak" into simple and easily understood language is essential. By providing ongoing customer support you will promote and grow customer loyalty and word of mouth return business.
