About You:
2 to 5 years of demonstrated success in a recruiting role; experience in sales, customer success, and campus recruiting is a plus. Capable of influencing and implementing strategies with senior management. Skilled in strategising and prioritising the requirements and needs of different departments. Highly self-aware and considerate in all interactions, both internally and externally. Uses market insights and data analytics to guide the recruitment process. Possesses a natural urgency and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced setting. At Appian, You Will:
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including interviewing, negotiation, and closure. Enhance Appian's brand recognition locally and globally. Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, aligning talent acquisition strategies with organisational needs. Continuously refine and improve our interviewing processes and best practices.
