Appian Architect/ Sr Developer

Job Opportunity: Senior Developer/Architect (Appian BPM) We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer / Specialist with deep expertise in Appian BPM to take a lead role in designing and architecting Appian-based solutions. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on development and offers an opportunity to grow into an architectural role.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of Appian-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Skills Required: Strong experience with the Appian BPM platform, including reusable object development.Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational databases.Solid understanding of Agile development, working with tools like JIRA and Kanban boards.Proven ability to work with Business Analysts and key stakeholders.Appian certification (preferred).Knowledge of OOP languages like .Net, C#, or Java is an advantage.If you are passionate about designing impactful solutions and working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
