You'll partner with the Apparel Coach to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.
Reporting into the Apparel Coach, you will:
Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumersCoach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the teamDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
