What will you be doing?
Take ownership of the development and maintenance of the flagship consumer application and upcoming products.
Ensure the application remains current with the latest features and enhancements to meet user needs.
Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to prioritize and iterate on platform functionality.
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Drive best practices in software development, focusing on efficient, optimised, and scalable code.
What do you need to have?
At least 5 years' experience with React Native, TypeScript and API Gateway.
Proven track record in architecting and developing scalable mobile applications.
Experience in a similar role as a Lead Developer.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Perth based and full working rights with no restrictions.
