Drive Financial Success: Develop and implement financial strategies to boost profitability while continuously monitoring and enhancing key performance indicators. Build a Winning Team: Inspire and mentor your team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Optimize Performance: Utilize your extensive experience in sales and fixed operations to enhance overall dealership performance. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to create and execute growth strategies for our dealerships. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Dealer Principal in the automotive or RV dealership industry. Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting financial targets. Comprehensive understanding of dealership management and success drivers. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Extensive experience in both Sales and Fixed Operations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
