About our client:

What you'd be doing in this role:
Assisting a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, businesses of all sizes, not-for-profits, property developers, owners, construction companies, and owners corporations. Handling various legal disputes in courts and tribunals.
Managing cases related to:
Commercial and contract disputes.
Insolvency matters.
Domestic and commercial/industrial building disputes.
Property and business co-ownership/interest disputes.
Water Act claims.
Commercial and retail lease disputes.
General property disputes.
General litigation.
You're probably a good fit if:
3 - 5 years Post-qualified experience as a Litigation Lawyer and/or similar.
Passionate and driven employment lawyer with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills.
High ethical standards, warm interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative, lateral solutions to complex issues.
Strong academic background, seeking a long-term career in a dynamic boutique law firm.
Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Eager for work-life balance in a supportive, social environment.
