Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a passionate and experienced APJ Presales Operations Senior Manager to help our presales leadership and staff to finetune projects, assure successful delivery and ongoing cadence of projects and activities that positively impact the functioning of the Presales Organisation.
About the Team The APJ Presales Operations Senior Manager reports to the APJ Senior Director of Strategy and Operations and closely works with the VP of Solution Engineering and his leadership team.
Your Role Act as a vital link between the business and technical teams, ensuring that presales activities are executed efficiently, strategically aligned, and supportive of the broader business goals. Learn the Nutanix Presales Strategy and Project and develop a framework for successful design and delivery of projects that focus on soft skills, career development, presales operations and ongoing monthly, quarterly and annual activities. Work with cross-functional teams or leadership to provide the necessary assets, resources, budget, and/or initiate projects to drive excellence, transformation and change within the presales organisation. Help drive operational excellence focused on continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the presales organisation's activities and sales motion. The goal is to drive towards optimal processes, increased productivity, and deriving consistent, high-quality output from the presales organization that helps the business achieve sustainable growth, effectiveness, profitability and customer satisfaction. Leverage systems to produce reports and support senior SE leadership. Review and gain experience and insight on each project and activity to provide guidance to the leadership team on what is needed to meet targets and achieve plans. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of related experience in project and program management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and collaborative skills. Strong desire to grow operational efficiency and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects and programs. Excellent knowledge of Office 360 suite of products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Deep knowledge of SFDC and report development. A passion for technology and learning with a can-do attitude. Flexible and adaptable; ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to change or new situations. Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, and execute detailed action plans.
