The Company: This boutique events agency prides itself on its talented staff and show-stopping events & activations. They are looking for a new Event Producer to join their team, working on a range of events, promotions, exhibitions, and activations for a diverse range of clients.
Position Terms: Permanent Full-Time Role Working 1-2 days a week from the office near Penrith Salary: A$90,000 - A$95,000 plus super, plus company offers TOIL and overtime for events, which increases the base salary The Role: The Event Producer will report to the Executive Producer and will be responsible for working with Senior Producers to help produce and execute client projects end-to-end, as well as managing smaller events themselves. This role will involve providing support to the Accounts Team in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities include: End-to-end event management, including logistics and operations working with Senior Producers in the team. Budget and financial management. Managing event timelines and deliverables. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Sourcing, negotiating, and securing suppliers, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Coordinating and overseeing exhibition, event, and activation construction/installations. Developing client WIP documents and reports. Assisting with visual merchandising alongside the Creative Director. Requesting and completing application forms for permits for event locations. Delivering events on-site. Briefing and managing promotional and on-site staff. Maintaining and organising the warehouse storage. Managing online and social media marketing campaigns when required. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Associate Producer or Event Manager within an Events Agency. Ability to effectively liaise with and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders is essential for this role.
Strong organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent budget management and financial skills. Experience delivering events on-site and managing staff on the ground. Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – or prepared to get one. Current Australian Driver's license. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator design program experience is desirable but not essential. Ability to work from the office near Penrith 1-2 days a week. Ability to travel for events when required.
