The FP&A Business Partner is a vital role in our Accounting & Finance team, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and providing business insights to the wider business. Description Collaboration with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting, and operational metrics. Develop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand the impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvement. Deliver robust business case proposals for investment and growth. Direct quarterly forecasting processes, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analyses and commercial insights. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the Property department. Provide insightful financial reports to guide business decisions. Advise on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies. Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems. Profile A successful FP&A Business Partner should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Property industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
