To assist in this growth, we would like to procure the services of a Growth Manager, a professional who can assist our local and global management teams in identifying how to successfully achieve the acceleration that we need. With offices across Australia and New Zealand, that closely collaborate with fellow market offices across Southeast Asia, we are present in multiple markets and are seeking growth that will further our footprint and joined up approach to our clients and markets.As the growth manager, your responsibilities will consist of (but not limited to) supporting the growth execution including:Market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for investment and potential acquisition targets regarding our growth ambitionsExecution of the acquisition process, including managing direct contact with (potential) targetsAssisting local and corporate management on realising growth including strategy development for growth that encompasses acquisitions, strategic hiring and the development of other ideas and innovations as relevantThe profileStrategic thinking, sees the bigger picture, analyses opportunities and problems from a broad perspective and understands their potential impactStrong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving capabilitiesExternal, global perspective.
