We help clients transform employee experiences to attract, engage, and retain top talent through benefits, rewards, recognition, and well-being programs.Your role in our MissionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to help achieve this mission we're looking for an experienced Content Manager to develop and execute a regional content strategy and create inspirational and educational content to fuel APAC brand and growth marketing campaigns and elevate Reward Gateway's thought leadership profile in key markets.Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:Execute on our localised APAC content strategy to educate and inspire our clients and prospectsMaintain the APAC content calendar aligned to the APAC campaign calendar, key market trends and thought leadership themesCreate new content such as research reports, blogs, infographics, videos, case studies and webinar/event presentations to support APAC growth initiativesWork with our global website agency and SEO agency on APAC website enhancements and manage updates to APAC website as neededWork with our Australian PR agency to drive brand awareness and thought leadership coverageAnalyse and report on key performance metrics and leverage data and insight to continually optimise content throughout the user journeyThe Experience and Key Skills you will have:Proven experience of content strategy development and execution, ideally within a B2B SaaS businessExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, tailored content for a range of target audience segmentsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersProficient with content management systems and analytics toolsStrong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve conversionsYour Interview Journey:Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition TeamFirst interview with APAC Marketing Director and Customer Marketing ManagerTake home assessmentFinal interview and presentation with APAC Marketing Director and APAC Content ManagerAt Reward Gateway, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
