We help clients transform employee experiences to attract, engage, and retain top talent through benefits, rewards, recognition, and well-being programs.Our shared mission, 'Making the World a Better Place to Work' and 'Enriching Connections, For Good,' guides us in improving employee engagement and building stronger, more resilient organisations for a better future.Your role in our MissionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to help achieve this mission we're looking for an experienced Content Manager to develop and execute a regional content strategy and create inspirational and educational content to fuel APAC brand and growth marketing campaigns and elevate Reward Gateway's thought leadership profile in key markets.Flexible, Hybrid WorkingOur office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our APAC Marketing Team works from our Sydney office at least twice a week.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute on our localised APAC content strategy to educate and inspire our clients and prospects.Maintain the APAC content calendar aligned to the APAC campaign calendar, key market trends and thought leadership themes.Create new content such as research reports, blogs, infographics, videos, case studies and webinar/event presentations to support APAC growth initiatives.Work with our global website agency and SEO agency on APAC website enhancements and manage updates to APAC website as needed.Work with our Australian PR agency to drive brand awareness and thought leadership coverage.Analyse and report on key performance metrics and leverage data and insight to continually optimise content throughout the user journey.SkillsProven experience of content strategy development and execution, ideally within a B2B SaaS business.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, tailored content for a range of target audience segments.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficient with content management systems and analytics tools.Strong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve conversions.The Interview ProcessTelephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team.First interview with APAC Marketing Director and Customer Marketing Manager.Take home assessment.Final interview and presentation with APAC Marketing Director and APAC Content Manager.At Reward Gateway, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
