About the Role: As the APAC Channel Sales Partner Manager, you will play a key role in the continued success by enabling and empowering our legal sector channel partners.
You will take ownership of driving programmatic pipeline growth and fostering loyalty with our partners, with a clear focus on achieving quarterly revenue targets and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in partnerships, strong communication skills, and a passion for relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement the APAC legal sector channel partner strategy, focusing on both new and existing partnerships.
Drive pipeline growth, establish partner loyalty, and provide accurate forecasting while tracking relevant success metrics.
Recruit and onboard potential new APAC legal partnerships, enabling their success through guidance and collaboration.
Manage and develop a cross-functional team of partner marketing and account managers.
Align internal stakeholders from sales and marketing teams to maximize partner enablement.
Communicate product updates, features, and marketing campaigns effectively to partners and customers.
Resolve partner-customer conflicts and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Design and implement go-to-market business plans, ensuring an understanding of partner sales processes to identify opportunities for growth.
Meet quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall APAC business success.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in software sales, with a strong focus on channel partnerships.
Experience with Salesforce and partner relationship management tools.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to think critically and solve problems.
Strong relationship-building abilities and teamwork orientation.
