APAC ANZ Sub-Regional Construction LeaderCloud Operations + Innovation is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft's cloud business meeting all safety, quality, sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements.The DCD Construction Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) Sub Regional Metro Lead provides critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Data Center capacity. This role is responsible for safe worksites by adhering to organizational and industry procedures; reviews prior audit results and relevant legislation to recommend and manage safety compliance. Influences and provides direction and coaching to internal and external partners to facilitate and accomplish complex, critical issues which may significantly impact global construction projects. Reviews and provides feedback to the team regarding resource procurement, allocation, and inventory. Develops, manages, and reports on Safety, Quality, scope, schedule, and budget of all ANZ Sub Regional Metro projects. Responsible for oversight and implements project risk identification/mitigation, governance and controls for all Sub-Regional work activities.
