RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE End-to-End Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage reconciliations, and prepare payment runs.
High-Volume Processing: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of transactions.
Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to queries.
Month-End Support: Assist with month-end reporting and financial duties.
Expense Reimbursement: Handle team expenses and reimbursements.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Contribute to general administrative and financial duties as needed.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
2 years' + local experience within a similar role High volume end to end AP experiance will be highly regarded Intermediate Excel Skils Experience with Oracle is desirable Confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work towards deadlines Keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment HOW TO APPLY.
