MYOB experience advantageous.The Role:12-month FTC with potential to extend / go permanentInner suburbs of MelbourneFully office based roleSenior AP role managing the whole function (high volume & multi-entity)Key Responsibilities:Comply with the approvals process for paymentsEnsure timely and accurate processing of payments across multiple bank accountsIssue inter-company invoices as requiredFollow up with suppliers for invoices and statementsPerform monthly supplier reconciliations for key accountsConfirm payments and provide remittancesAnswer internal payment related queriesCredit card reconciliationsSchedule and prepare payments, including invoices to suppliers, and inter-company transfers between multiple bank accountsResolve payment discrepancies and disputes with suppliersReconcile multiple bank accounts to ensure correct and accurate codingKey Requirements:Proven experience in accounts payable (high volume, multi-entity)Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB is desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFast learner and comfortable with managing multiple tasks at onceAbility to take direction but also work autonomouslyCompensation:AU$70000 - AU$80000 per annum + depending on experienceLocation:Inner suburbs of MelbourneJob Type:Full-TimeJob Ref:BBBH30527_1734494438Date Posted:Wed, 18 December 2024Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
