MOTEL Experienced MANAGER/MANAGER COUPLE WANTED Responsible, hands-on, and customer-focused individual or couple manager to join our team at one of our busy motels in Goulburn, NSW.
We provide 2-bedroom units as manager residence, with comfortable and clean 28 rooms and some cabins. Linen is outsourced, while towels and pillowcases are washed on-site by managers. We have good cleaning staff in place. The lovely garden and grounds need good attention, and the manager needs to be very hands-on, with good gardening and repair/maintenance skills.
No pool or restaurant on-site; only hot and continental breakfast is served in the room.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily operations of the motel, including check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management. Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Managing budgets, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property. The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in motel or hotel management. Hands-on skills are a must! General maintenance and gardening skills required. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong financial and budgeting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a live-in full-time/contract position, offering a competitive salary package with accommodation provided. $300-350 + GST per day, plus annual bonus based on experience and revenue performance.

Preferred manager to have own ACN/ABN or be on a full-time role package.
Start: ASAP for a 6-month or 12-month contract or longer.
