What the day will look like This role supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.
You will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients with various Brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on smaller portfolio autonomously.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced and collaborative environment.
Providing quality and proactive support to various Client Manager / Regional Leader on an existing book of clients Work directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks Create fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon's Go to Market strategy Build strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders Handle processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing, and responses to day-to-day queries from clients Manage a smaller book of own clients Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities Actively support the utilization of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvement Skills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience:
Experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry Strong client relationship management capabilities or demonstrated experience building rapport First-class communication and presentation skills A keen entrepreneurial spirit Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure Eagerness to grow a career in insurance Tier 1 Qualification and/or passion for building basic insurance technical skills including willingness to learn Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience preferred How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
