Client Manager | HIAIS The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
This Client Manager is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.
What the day will look like Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing best in class, expert advice as a specialist in residential construction Building strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions Develop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regions Contribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in South Australia, Northern Territory and Nationally Skills and experience that will lead to success This opportunity would suit someone with solid knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support. To be successful you will have:
