The OpportunityAn Alcohol and Other drug Case Worker is required to conduct assessments, develop service plans, and bridge general support for participating vulnerable community members.
An immediate start is available, working 26 hours a week in an ongoing casual capacity. Hours between Monday to Friday with working days negotiable, $49.10ph.
Key Competencies Previous experience working with clients with AOD issues or Cert 4 in Community Services.Applied knowledge of contemporary evidence based AOD support strategies, case management, intake, and assessment.Highly developed communication and community engagement skills.Current Australian issued Drivers Licence.Clear police check and able to obtain an Ochre Card.Covid 19 vaccinated.This position will play a significant role in indigenous community engagement. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience enhancing connections and providing support to the first nation community.
