Katherine, Katherine & Northern Australia NTOther (Community Services & Development)The AOD Case Management Coordinator, with the support of the AOD Program manager, is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of four to five case managers, providing oversight of the referral, intake screening, assessment process, and the case management of up to 42 clients. The Venndale Alcohol and Other Drug Rehabilitation service provides opportunities for change and recovery through a 12-week residential program that focuses on alcohol and other drugs, health management, and life skills by providing access to resources, services, workshops, and individualized recovery plans. The recovery and change program utilizes culturally appropriate approaches to support participants in building on existing strengths and capabilities, providing an opportunity for re-empowerment and increased well-being.
