Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals affected by alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues?

We are seeking an experienced Care and Recovery Clinician and counsellor who thrives in dynamic, client-centred environments and is committed to providing high-quality care coordination and counselling using Family Inclusive Practice and Dual Diagnosis Principles. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference by managing complex cases, engaging in strategic planning, and collaborating with various service providers to achieve positive client outcomes. Your Role in Transforming Lives

As a Care and Recovery Clinician and counsellor, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. You'll develop and oversee Care and Recovery Plans, ensuring a holistic and strategic approach to meet each client's unique needs. Whether through brief interventions, group work or outreach services, you'll provide comprehensive support that addresses the multifaceted issues tied to substance use. Why You'll Love This Role

What You'll Bring

Expertise in AOD case management, therapeutic counselling, and care coordination, particularly with complex, dual-diagnosis clients. Proven ability to manage complex cases while collaborating with various services for comprehensive care solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, including the ability to produce detailed reports and provide secondary consultations. Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to inclusive practice.

Your Qualifications

Degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Certificate IV in AOD or Mental Health (desirable). Victorian Driver's License and Working with Children Check (Employee).
