AO7 Principal Project Advisor Randstad is proud to partner with a Queensland State Government client that is leading a transformative project designed to enhance the local community through the remediation and renewal of key transport infrastructure. Travel to the site will be required (monthly or as required).
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Design Manager to oversee multiple Consultant Design Teams, ensuring innovative and efficient design proposals. Scope, lead, and deliver minor projects within the precinct including electrical upgrades, office fit out, CCTV and gate upgrades. Assist the project team with day-to-day operations, including communication reviews, consultant coordination, report writing, and financial management. Support the preparation of funding submissions and manage contract documentation related to leases, construction, and consultancies. Provide ad hoc project support during the appointment of a construction works managing contractor. Plan and manage project activities and resources to meet timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards. Liaise closely with stakeholders including tenants, consultants, contractors, and the project team. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, cash flows, and registers. Assist in managing tenants and the property management contractor.
