AO4 $57 - $62.68 per hour plus super

Randstad Recruitment are partnering with a Queensland State Governmnet department to recruit for a AO4 Coordinator to work within a dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will be overseeing the coordination, administration, and compliance of both new and existing leasing agreements for a diverse commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare tenancy leasing agreements (such as Leases, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, and Licences to Occupy) or coordinate with legal firms as needed.
Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries related to applications, consent requests, and complaints.
Ensure accurate setup of tenancies in the department's property management systems (including Rentman & SAP) for precise rent receipt and allocation.
Oversee the management of the portfolio's agreements, contracts, applications, and approvals by tracking critical dates and reporting actions taken.
Administer customer accounts, including invoicing, arrears, rent reviews, insurance, and compliance responsibilities.
Provide detailed data and reports to support timely and accurate internal and external communications.

Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience working within the commercial property sector
Proficiency in property management systems (experience with Rentman and SAP is advantageous)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
