Ao3 Procurement Support Officer

Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Procurement Support Officer to join their team in Nerang, on a 3-month contract, with the possibility to extend.
You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $49.40 + super.
As the Procurement Support Officer, your duties will include but will not be limited to: Develop and maintain supplier databasesMaintain and enhance procedures for the entry and amendment of data within the supplier databases to ensure complianceMaintain the integrity of registration licensing detailsManage and coordinate systems to ensure suppliers' licenses and insurances are currentProvide regular reports on suspended/cancelled licencesEffectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence including telephone calls and the group email inboxTo be considered for this role, you will have: Previous experience in Procurement / PurchasingAbility to engage with key stakeholdersWillingness to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and cultureThe ability to use the Microsoft Office package, especially ExcelAttention to detail with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalateProvide efficient and high standards of customer serviceIf you love working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and great culture, APPLY NOW.
