We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to support a state government department on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update supplier databases (Ellipse and IRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Verify supplier information, including financial, insurance, and licensing details.
Ensure registration licensing details are current; provide reports on suspended/cancelled licenses.
Deliver high standards of customer service to procurement teams and industry stakeholders.
Manage correspondence and calls, ensuring timely responses.
Connect with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective procurement service delivery.
Produce high-quality tenders and quotations for procurement projects.
Use estimating software for client quotations and procurement packages.
Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with HR practices and safety standards.
Qualifications: Experience in procurement, data management, and compliance.
Proficiency with Ellipse and IRIS databases.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification in Queensland Government Procurement or CIPS is highly regarded.
