Key Responsibilities
Data Management:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in government databases and systems.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure it meets quality standards.
Assist in organising and categorising information for ease of access and reporting.
Quality Assurance:
Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
Perform regular data audits to maintain integrity and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with team members to implement improvements in data management processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate routine and ad hoc reports as required.
Support decision-making through accurate data collection and reporting.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance, including record keeping and documentation.

Key Selection Criteria
Proven Experience:
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within the government or public sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with database management systems and reporting tools.
