About Us

This State Government department is dedicated to serving the public interest and ensuring the prosperity and well-being of our citizens. As an A03 Operations Officer/Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to the success of their organization. 3 month contract initially with probability of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake a range of on-site customer services and liaison tasksRegistration, induction and training of DWC usersAssist with coordinating minor works, deliveries and contractorsManaging correspondence primarily through the Logan DWC email account.Undertake roles in First Aid/Floor Warden/Health and Safety officer/hygiene promotionManage the online booking system (OfficeMaps) and the onsite security system (C-Cure)Managing supplies and consumablesAssist with weekly data reporting

Brand-new high-quality office in Cannon HillFlexible start and finish times available between 7:00am-8:30am - 3:30pm-6:00pm Monday to FridayReserved onsite parkingSmall, friendly and supportive team

About You:The ideal candidate will...

Have experience in an administration/reception/customer facing role
