About Us

As an A03 Operations Officer/Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to the success of their organization. 3 month contract initially with probability of extension.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake a range of on-site customer services and liaison tasks Registration, induction and training of DWC users Assist with coordinating minor works, deliveries and contractors Managing correspondence primarily through the Logan DWC email account. Undertake roles in First Aid/Floor Warden/Health and Safety officer/hygiene promotion Manage the online booking system (OfficeMaps) and the onsite security system (C-Cure) Managing supplies and consumables Assist with weekly data reporting

Brand-new high-quality office in Cannon Hill Flexible start and finish times available between 7:00am-8:30am - 3:30pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday Reserved onsite parking Small, friendly and supportive team

Have experience in an administration/reception/customer facing role
