Contract Details: 3x month contract with potential to extend No parking on site About You: Previous State or Federal Government experience. Specifically previous experience in administrative positions. Strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail. Strong ability to multitask. Responsibilities: Provide high quality, confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director. Manage competing priorities and provide consistently high levels of support. Facilitate the purchasing, receipting and payment of goods, materials and supplies for the branch using S4/HANA and corporate credit card in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures. Provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved in a friendly and professional manner. Liaise, consult and negotiate across all areas of the department or division to obtain or provide relevant and timely information. Keep administrative registers and systems up to date to ensure timely, quality records maintained in the Business Services Team and to support the Leadership team. Serious applications only.
