This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.Anticipated assignment duration is up to 31st January 2025 + Potential ExtensionWorking Arrangements: 100% in officeHourly Rate: $46.27/Hour + Super (this includes casual loading)Work Hours: Regular business hours Monday to Friday (anticipated 7.6 hours per day)About the roleHudson is excited to partner with this department during their busiest period to recruit talented individuals for multiple temporary positions in the Fine Administration and Management Division (FAM). If you are looking to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!This role is based in the Fine Administration and Management Division (FAM). In this role you will support administrative and operational functions of the Queensland Revenue Office through the provision of excellent service delivery associated with the processing of camera detected offences and issuing infringements. In addition, you will investigate, review and take appropriate action in dealing with enquiries via various channels ensuring compliance with the administration and management of fines in Queensland.Key responsibilities:Participate in the processing and quality assurance of offences detected by approved photographic detection devices and take appropriate follow up action regarding camera and site management, issuing of camera detected offence notices and prosecution case files.Utilise information systems and conduct enquiries to investigate camera detected offence matters and provide recommendations to supervisors on an appropriate course of action.Provide timely, helpful, and supportive client service via effective questioning, negotiation, and conflict management techniques.Adhere to information security procedures to maintain the integrity of computer systems and the confidentiality of client information.A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.The ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation and/or policy or the ability to rapidly acquire this capability.What We Are Looking For:Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to analyse and interpret legislation and policies.Familiarity with digital and data technology systems.Previous administrative experience is preferred.Why Work with Us?Be part of a collaborative and supportive team at Queensland Treasury.Gain valuable experience while contributing to the effective management of fines and offences.Enjoy the opportunity to enhance your skills during a critical period.
