State government opportunity, immediate start.Your new companyOur client is looking for an experienced, motivated AO2 Client Services Officer to join the team located in Gympie on a full-time temporary basis. This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a busy state government department.Your new roleIn this role as an AO2 Client Services Officer, you will provide direct administration support to the department. This is a temporary contract offering full-time hours and working normal business hours from 8.30-4.30pm. This temporary contract is available for an immediate start with a contract term on offer until June 2025.Duties will include:Provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the departmentGeneral reception and phone support for a busy departmentData entryProvide a high level of customer service on a daily basis whilst working at the front counterWhat you'll need to succeedYour previous experience in a similar role with a background in local or state government will lead to your success. You must have proficient computer literacy, highly developed organisational skills, maturity to handle a range of situations and be able to work to tight deadlines.
